This is the form for 3 Temple Fortune Farm now 221 Hampstead Way where the householder was Miss Jessey Wade.
On the front of the form she wrote that she was absent from home on Census night.
The inside of the form has been annotated ‘No Vote – No Census’ by Beatrice Le Mesurier, a boarder at the house who describes herself as ‘suffragette (unpaid) ‘ from the Women’s Freedom League.
