Play and Pageant Union put on "The Man Who Came to Dinner"
The Man Who Came to Dinner was written by George S. Kaufmann and Moss Hart in 1939, and features a series of meddling escapades by an injured radio wit, confined to another man’s house.
Formed after World War I in 1920 after uniting the Pageant Committee with the indoor dramatic activities of the Suburb, it eventually merged with the Speedwell Players in 1966 to form the Garden Suburb Theatre which is still active now.
