The Hampstead Garden Suburb Archives Trust is a registered charity, known as Suburb Archives. It is responsible for ensuring that the archives of the suburb are properly cared for and are accessible to all.
This sign was produced by the HGS Trust in order to keep residents, particularly children it is imagined, from playing ball games on the grass. It is not known where this sign was put up.
This board was used to display the Fire Guards on duty in Temple Fortune Hill during the Second World War. Fire Guards were set up to help control and alert others of fires started by incendiary bombs dropped during German raids.
