Overview for Alice Glover

Little is known of Alice Glover, although she appears to have lived in Temple Fortune House. Also named in Votes for Women (WSPU newspaper) as a contributor to the Prisoners’ Fund in 1909.

Farm Walk open houses - now 221 and 219 Hampstead Way.

Both homes were Open Houses on Census night i.e places where women who were seeking to evade registration in the Census could stay.
